Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy, satisfied, and cigarette free. And if you know us, you’ll know that we’ll do just about everything in our power to make sure of that.  But at the end of the day, we’re limited by the policies of our suppliers and manufacturers. So please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

E-liquid

  • E-liquid may be exchanged within 5 days of date purchased, if untampered

  • E-liquid bottles may only be exchanged for flavors in same brand, line, size and nicotine level

  • E-liquid may not be returned only exchanged

  • Seal of e-liquid bottle must be untampered with to be valid for exchange

  • Original packaging (including label and other packing) must be in brand new condition to be eligible

  • E-liquid that has had nicotine bumped to a higher level may not be exchanged

Devices & Tanks

  • Vape devices, accessories and tanks are eligible for store credit or exchanges within 1 week of purchase date if the following apply:

    • Dead On Arrival devices (not turning on or functioning)

    • Screen malfunctions

    • Chip issues (auto-firing, not recognizing any atomizers, “low battery” on a fully charged battery)

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Internal battery defects (if applicable)

  • Vape devices, accessories and tanks are not eligible for store credit or exchanges if any of the following apply:

    • Damaged devices (improper usage, water damage, drops, abuse, wear and tear)

    • Cosmetic issues

    • Tank leaks, dry hits, or shorted coils

    • Units functioning up to spec (i.e. you changed your mind)

    • Modified products

    • Software issues

    • Using improper or damaged battery in device

    • Clearance items

  • If you have placed liquid in your device or tank we will not accept the return or exchange under any circumstances

  • If we determine that you have put liquid in the device we will not issue a refund, replacement or store credit

CBD (Cannabidoil)

  • All CBD (cannabidoil) products included in the following CBD category's may NOT be returned or exchanged for any reason:

    • Oil/ sublingual

    • Cartridge

    • Edible/ consumable

    • Topical/ creams

    • Syrups

    • Any other product containing CBD

Do I need a receipt for a return or exchange?

A receipt is required for all returns or exchanges, this can include a physical or digital receipt from your email or text messages.

Can sale items be returned or exchanged?

Unfortunately, sale and discounted items may not be returned or exchanged.
